Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 21 September 2026

About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Fahima Events website. They also explain the difference between information on this website and the separate written agreement used when coordination services are booked. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Website information

We take reasonable care to keep website information clear and current, but examples of services, availability and processes are general information only. They are not a binding offer or a guarantee that a date, package or supplier is available.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or create a contract. A booking is made only when both parties accept a written proposal or service agreement and any stated booking payment has been received. That agreement will set out the scope, fees, payment dates, travel, overtime, cancellation, postponement and other terms for your events.

Coordination and third-party suppliers

Where booked, we provide the planning and coordination described in your written agreement. Florists, caterers, venues, photographers, entertainers and other suppliers provide their own goods and services under their own contracts. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we are not the supplier of those goods or services and cannot guarantee a third party’s performance.

Your enquiries

You are responsible for ensuring that information you send is accurate, lawful and relevant. Do not send confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary and we have agreed an appropriate way to receive it. You must not use the site to transmit harmful code, unlawful material or unsolicited commercial messages.

Intellectual property

  • The website’s original text, branding, layout and design are owned by or licensed to us
  • Wedding photographs remain subject to the rights of their photographers and any relevant permissions
  • You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, republish or exploit site content without permission

Links and external services

The website may link to social networks, booking services or other third-party websites. We do not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse every statement or service on that site.

Availability and acceptable use

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with operation, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website information, unavailable third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Any liability connected with booked coordination services is governed by the written service agreement.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain how this website handles personal information and browser storage. We may update these terms when the website or our services change. The revision date appears above.

Governing law and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Use the contact page if you have a question about these terms.
