Working with us
We run the schedule. That means arriving before your suppliers, checking every delivery and set up against the floor plan, keeping the timings moving, cueing entrances, speeches and the cake cutting, and staying until the room is closed down and your gifts and personal items are handed to whoever you nominate.
Yes. Multi-event weddings are the majority of our work. Each event gets its own run sheet and its own set up plan, and the same coordinator holds all of them so nothing gets lost between days.
Not at all. On the day coordination is designed exactly for that. You keep the suppliers you have chosen and we take over the confirmations, timings and management of them.
No. We coordinate suppliers rather than provide their services, which keeps our advice independent. We are happy to recommend florists, decorators, caterers and photographers we have worked with.
Yes, and we expect to. Requests from parents and relatives come through us so they are recorded in one place rather than reaching several suppliers separately.
